Collaborate is quick and easy to set up in your clinic. Clinicians simply download the app from the respective app store and register with a secure health institution email. Clinicians can then create forms with the questions specific to their clinic, create consent forms or recreate digital patient reported outcome measures to track patient symptoms. Patients simply fill in the forms they are instructed to prior to clinical review on a tablet device in the waiting area, safe in the knowledge that their answers are safe and secure and will be assessed by the clinician prior to clinical review. The answered forms generate a pdf file which alerts the clinicians tablet device in real time. Clinicians can selectively choose to upload this pdf to patient notes via our easy to use email-based document transfer system. The Collaborate activity status bar for each patient allows clinicians to keep a track of each patient document and allow the clinician to leave tasks until the end of the clinic. Perfect for those fast-moving clinics!
